Average number of photos at a wedding
Most wedding photos get viewed once — when the gallery arrives. Then they disappear into a folder nobody opens again. Not because the day wasn't beautiful. But because 800 photos are overwhelming.
The Keepers is different. I spend 1 or 2 hours with you. I take the photos. I select the 20 to 40 that truly matter. Those are the images that go on the wall. The ones you send to people. The ones you still recognise in ten years.
How it works
We have a quick chat about the location, the time, and what you want to capture. No lengthy briefing — just a short conversation.
I'm there — and I'm active. Because time is short, I make sure we get the shots. I direct, I anticipate, I know the difference between a good moment and a keeper. That's exactly what you're hiring me for.
I choose the 20 to 40 strongest images, carefully edit them in colour and black & white, and deliver them in an online gallery at full resolution. Within five working days.

About Juli
It started on 11-11-2017 at a wedding in the Heineken Experience in Amsterdam. The photographer cancelled, I stepped in, and it turned out to be the start of everything.
German, married to a Dutchman, lived in Denmark for years. Over 100 weddings on the Danish west coast, dozens of families, ceremonies on the beach, in churches and town halls. Based in Montfoort since 2024.
I work fast and with purpose. My photos look natural, but they're not accidental. I actively direct, anticipate moments, and make sure we get the images that truly matter in a short time frame.
The Keepers exist because nobody offered this. A short, sharp package for people who don't need an epic wedding album but do want to hold on to the important moments. It didn't exist. Now it does.
