As a passionate photographer, I understand the importance of capturing your special moments in a way that truly represents you. That’s why I offer a personalised photography experience, starting with our initial communication. Whether it’s through a phone call, video chat, or in-person meeting, I’ll get to know you and your vision for your shoot. After I have a good understanding of your needs, I’ll send you a written offer and guide you through my three price tiers.
On the day of the event, I’ll arrive early to greet you and your guests and start capturing the beauty of the scene and details. I’ll then head home and immediately begin backing up your photos from my camera. I’ll pick out the 5 best highlights from your shoot and send them over for you to enjoy on the same evening. And, within a week, you’ll receive an email with a link to your online gallery, password protected, where you can view all of your photos, download the full-size digital files, or have them printed through my printing service at an additional cost. Wedding & Elopement Photography
When it comes to photography, it’s important to remember that the price you’re paying isn’t just for the time spent taking pictures on the day of the shoot. It also includes all the work that goes into the process beforehand and afterwards. This includes communication with the photographer to plan and discuss your vision, editing and retouching of the images after they’ve been taken, and the creation of an online gallery for you to share and enjoy your photos. Instead of looking at the price as an hourly rate, think of it as an investment in memories that will last a lifetime. These photographs will be a tangible representation of your special moments, and will be treasured for years to come.
For transportation to locations outside Montfoort: the first 25km included, hereafter €0.50 per km. Witness service: €50.
Bronze
For wedding or elopement portraits, either on the day of the ceremony or any time later, e.g. during your honeymoon. Maximum 1 hour
Silver
This includes coverage of the ceremony at the registry office or on location, e.g. the beach. Portraits in the vicinity of the ceremony. Maximum 4 hours.
Gold
Includes more photos and a black and white version of all images. Maximum 6 hours.
Frequently Asked Questions
For your family event, the photoshoot will take place at or around the church, your wedding ceremony location, the party venue, or a picturesque location near-by. If I have not been to the location before, I will arrive well before the photoshoot to scout the best spots for your photos.
For a family photoshoot, after you have booked a time, I will contact you, and together, we will choose the best location for your family from a range of options. All locations I work with feature different settings for photos and offer timeout options for the children. Alternatively, the session can take place at your home, which is especially recommended for Newborn photoshoots. Additionally, for newborn photography, I can also come to the hospital (usually within 72 hours after birth).
For church weddings, I recommend to book at least 2 hours, in order to cover the ceremony, groups photos and couple's portraits. Elopements and free ceremonies can be covered in 1 hour, including couple's photos.
Family photography packages of 1 hour are for up to 10 people. That doesn’t mean your family can’t be bigger, it will only mean that you need to book additional photography time. Newborn photoshoots concentrate on the newest family member but will feature parents and/or siblings, and take usually 1 hour.
For your family event, there is no limit on the participants. I may recommend booking additional photography time depending on the size of your party if, for example, you want to cover a lot of group photos or locations.
Absolutely! Please look at my portfolio, this could be you. Usually, the people I photograph are not trained models. Quite the opposite, many have the same concern as you. How do I look good in front of the camera?
Let me ensure you that I have great experience making you shine - without mechanic: do this, look here. I work with queues, natural movement, and closeness.
You decide what you wear – simple! Colours don’t have to match between family members, feel free to colour-coordinate. It’s not about what you wear, it’s about the connection between people.
To give you a few recommendations:
- If our photoshoot is not in the middle of summer, bring warm clothes, especially for your children. It’s important that you are comfortable, and there is always the option to take a jacket off for a few minutes for some photos.
- Bring a pair of comfortable shoes if we move around between a lot of locations. You can put your heels back on when we arrived.
- Umbrellas make great props, bring them!
Outdoor photography is subject to the weather. BUT! We can always find a solution. I’ll make sure to make you shine just as much under a tree, a canopy, a roof, or of course inside. In any case, I always check the weather close to the date and time of the photoshoot and will contact you, if we need to reschedule or replan some of our shoot, if possible.
You can expect a minimum of 40 and a max of 100 photos in your online gallery for one hour of photography. You will, in fact, receive in fact double the number of photos, as I also provide you with a black & white version of all photos. For all packages, you always have the option to buy a custom lie-flat photo book, which will include all photos from the photo session, and is designed by me.
All photos will be made available in highest resolution to you in an online gallery (in .jpeg-format), ready for printing (up to 75x120 cm) and sharing on Social Media. In addition to a colour version of the photo in my signature look, you will receive a black & white version of each photo. As an additional option, you will receive a printed photo book, designed by me, with a selection of photos from the shoot.
After the photography session, my work continues. I sight, sort, and edit the photos, prepare your online gallery, and your photo book (if chosen). You can expect your online gallery within 5 to15 working days after the photoshoot, and the printed photo book within 10 days after the online gallery is finished.
I use a software to minimise the size of the digital photo files in order to save both you and me space on our harddrives and online storages. The file size reduction does not affect the resolution. Most of my files are delivery with a resolution of 3000x4000 at 300dpi. This ensures print sizes up to 75x120cm!
